These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alloyhaus.com and any purchase you make from AlloyHaus. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the contiguous United States to purchase from AlloyHaus. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements. We currently ship only within the contiguous US — see our Shipping Policy for details.
Product Descriptions and Fitment
We work hard to display accurate product information including dimensions, finish, bolt pattern, offset, and hub bore. Small variations in color may occur due to monitor calibration and photography lighting.
Fitment verification. Our fitment engine checks wheel specifications against your stated vehicle — year, make, model, and trim — to filter for wheels that match your bolt pattern, hub bore, and a recommended offset range. This verification is based on the vehicle information you provide. It is your responsibility to confirm that the year, make, model, and trim you enter accurately describe your vehicle. Fitment can also be affected by aftermarket suspension, lift kits, wider-than-stock tires, and other modifications that we cannot account for. Professional installation and fitment verification before mounting is always recommended.
Guaranteed Fit promise. If a wheel we confirmed fits your exact stated vehicle (same year, make, model, and trim) does not physically fit due to an error in our fitment data — not due to vehicle modifications, incorrectly entered vehicle details, or other factors outside our control — we will make it right at no cost to you. That means free return shipping and your choice of a full refund or a replacement that does fit. See our Returns Policy for the full process.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and are per wheel unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We honor manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies on all brands we carry; certain discounts may not apply to MAP-protected products. If a pricing error occurs on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you before any charge is processed.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted — and the contract is not formed — until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including orders that contain pricing errors, orders for items that are out of stock, or orders we believe are fraudulent. If we cancel your order after charging your card, we will issue a full refund immediately.
You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by emailing support@alloyhaus.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Returns Policy.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Shopify Payments. Buy-now-pay-later options may be available at checkout and are subject to the terms of the financing provider. Your card is charged when your order is confirmed. In the event of a dispute, please contact us at support@alloyhaus.com before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most issues quickly.
Shipping
Wheels ship from our distributor warehouse directly to you. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, transit estimates, freight delivery requirements, and damage claim procedures.
Installation and Safety
Wheels are safety-critical components. Professional installation by a qualified tire and wheel technician is required. Wheels must be torqued to manufacturer specifications and re-torqued after initial driving. AlloyHaus is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper installation, failure to follow torque specifications, use on a modified or heavily loaded vehicle, off-road or track use beyond the wheel's rated load capacity, or any other misuse.
Warranty
All wheels carry the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by brand and are typically one to five years from the date of purchase. AlloyHaus passes through the manufacturer warranty on your behalf. AlloyHaus does not offer any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides. Warranty claims for defective wheels are processed free of charge — contact support@alloyhaus.com with photos and your order number.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlloyHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on alloyhaus.com — including text, photography, graphics, the AlloyHaus logo, and software — is owned by AlloyHaus or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Wheel brand names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective manufacturers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
